All of the pieces in our shop are carefully handmade to perfection in our studio in Maryland.

Current turn-around time for non custom order is 2-3 weeks. Please allow 1 week for delivery of domestic orders.

All international deliveries are as follows:

Canada 1-2 weeks

UK & EU 1-2 weeks

AU 2-3 weeks

Please plan ahead and allow enough time for delivery. Portobello is not responsible for any items arriving late for your event or delays caused by postal/shipping companies.
